Guided walk, 2 pm, Sunday, 4th August 2024

Lead by Edmund Tanner and Roger Lemon.

For full details and a map, please visit the 'EVENTS' page on the BPC website, of click HERE.

To Valley Farm to see Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) Land. We will walk on paths through the newly established BNG plots and back along the Roman Road. We will explain what BNG means and how it will ‘work’. We will point out plants and butterflies as we see them.

Meet in the small parking area opposite the entrance to Mount Farm, near ‘Alley Cat Car and Van Rentals’ map attached. Turn left at the top of a single track C road, an extension of Babraham High Street and on the North side of the A1307. From Cambridge take the A1037 eastward past Wandlebury, then left near Babraham. Grid reference TL 527520. In what3words void.thundered.layover. There is more parking over the bridge on the other side of the A11 near Worsted Lodge.

Hoping for a dry day! Best, Edmund Tanner
